LD Jeff Ravitz reveals equipment choices where one of ACME’s latest product LYRA plays a key role. " We’re using the ACME LYRA as our key light. Every band member gets a key light from one or two angles," he said. Because of dual color rendering mode and surprisingly high mode, "The LYRA has excellent color rendition and it’s bright enough to pick out any of the performers through any amount of competing stage light". Though there are different visual laying of competing lights, LYRA is able to build up the central focus with unique character.

"One of the more important things to me, on this show, was that we had IP65 rated fixtures." Being an IP66-rated fixture, LYRA is competent to an outdoor working scenario. Weighing only 40kgs, transportation and installation will be time-saving.

Two gobo wheels, 1 colors wheel, 1 animation wheel and linear CMY system allows for an unlimited number of colors and an unlimited number of pattern. So every song gets their own unique recipe of pattern and color movement, giving LD artistic motivations to create variety. "There’s so much ambient light onstage, and I found the LYRA to be up to the task." said Ravitz.
