Functional Overview


The ACME SOLAR WIND luminaire is a feature-packed, hybrid fixture (beam / spot / wash) powered by a 500-Watt white LED engine that offers over 16,000 lumens in standard mode (>70 CRI) and 11,500 lumens in high CRI mode (>90 CRI). 


The fixture is designed around high-quality optics and a 165 mm front lens for clear, sharp images or even wash effects.  The SOLAR WIND has a variable CTO range of 2700K to 7000K and two CRI modes - standard or high.  It produces rich color via its CYM color mixing system and has one color wheel with six colors which also includes a high CRI filter and CTB filter.


For effects, the SOLAR WIND has a static gobo wheel with 11 fixed gobos and two beam reducers, one rotating gobo wheel with seven high-precision glass gobos, an animation wheel, two combinable prisms (4-facet and 6-facet), and two combinable frost filters.
