On July 11, the Backstreet Boys kicked off their 21-day ‘Into The Millennium’ residency at the Sphere in Las Vegas, becoming the first pop act to headline the world’s most advanced entertainment venue and cementing their status as one of the most iconic and best-selling pop groups of all time.

Following U2’s historic opening shows, the Backstreet Boys now bring their legacy to the futuristic venue with a spectacular production celebrating their record-breaking Millennium album — and the timeless hits that defined an era.

With an elliptical stage design and two catwalks extending into the crowd, the show turned Sphere’s futuristic space into an intimate arena of nostalgia and spectacle. The ACME TORNADO fixtures were strategically placed along the outer edge of the main stage, the catwalk, and the base of the giant LED backdrop, delivering high-impact visuals with saturated color, crisp beams, and electrifying energy.

Bathed in a soft glow as the TORNADO shifted to a dreamy pink hue, the venue transformed into a nostalgic dreamscape. As the night closed with ‘Everybody’, the lights exploded in sync with dazzling choreography and retro-inspired styling, transporting the audience back to the vibrant, hope-filled spirit of the millennium era.

From larger-than-life openings to full-sensory immersion, the show wasn’t just a nostalgic comeback — it was a masterclass in how music, technology, and emotion could merge to create unforgettable live experiences. ACME is proud to play a role in crafting this immersive journey alongside one of pop history’s most legendary groups.
