From March 20 to April 5, Joker Xue brought his King of the Beasts Tour to Guangzhou, delivering nine consecutive shows that transformed the stadium into a fully immersive world of sound, light, and motion. At the heart of the production was a monumental four-sided stage spanning 5,000 square meters and rising 36 meters into the air. This ambitious design reimagined the venue as a living “spiritual beast cage,” where reality and metaphor collided, creating a powerful, enveloping spatial narrative.
ACME was proud to support this spectacular production with 840 TORNADO effect lights and 120 AECO 30 IP moving profiles, helping create an immersive 360° audiovisual experience through expressive visual storytelling. Working in harmony with the groundbreaking stage design, the widely acclaimed TORNADO elevated the show to new heights, earning strong audience recognition.
As a core visual element, the TORNADO was deployed in dual layers across the upper trusses, complemented by a ground-level ring encircling the stage — forming a powerful, dynamic lighting network that extended across the entire venue.
Powered by five 120W RGBL LEDs and an outer ring of 120 x 0.5W RGB LEDs, the fixtures features individually controllable heads and fast, smooth pan and tilt movement for precise beam effects. High-saturated colors and fluid motion added spatial depth, kinetic energy, and emotional intensity, extending far beyond the stage into the audience.
With a fast linear zoom of 3° to 30°, the TORNADO seamlessly transitioned from razor-sharp beams to soft washes, driving the visual rhythm from moments of intense confinement to intimate acoustic scenes.
Complementing the dynamic energy of the TORNADO, the AECO 30 IP delivered exceptional color fidelity and visual clarity. Equipped with a powerful 1,800W LED engine, the AECO 30 IP illuminated the stage with exceptional brightness. Its crisp 6,200K color temperature and high CRI (Ra≥95), ensured precise and natural color reproduction, rendering every detail with striking accuracy. Enhanced by rich gobos and dual combinable prisms, the fixtures offered additional depth, texture, and expressive visual layers to the overall design.
